Return and Exchange

You may return new, unused items purchased from us directly within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error. (Please note that there is a $0.30 transaction fee that is non-refundable. This applies to all order cancellations that are not a result of an error on our part.)

Please follow these 2 easy steps to process your return:

  1. Complete the return form that you received with your purchase.
  2. Ship your item back to us in its original packaging along with the return form completely filled out. (Please use a carrier that offers insurance such as UPS or Fedex). We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages so please make sure to securely package your item.

Please allow up to two weeks after delivering your package to the designated carrier to receive notification of your return. Please understand that this includes the transit time from you back to our warehouse (5 to 10 business days) and the time it takes for us to process the return (3 to 5 business days). We will send an email notifying you of your refund once your return has been processed. Shipping charges are not refundable.

To exchange an item within 30 days, please place a new order for the item you want to exchange it for through our site and complete your payment for it. Please follow the above return instructions and note “Exchange” on the return form.
