Customer Reviews

not a happy customer Review by Ruth
The first time I tried to make ice cream the motor did not work. Is there anyway that I can get it exchanged? (Posted on 8/16/2016)
Works great, but i need a new lid. Review by Don
I bought mine two yeas ago at Bass Pro. Only used it a half dozen times. Slow making until i chilled the tank. Love it almost as much as the ice cream it makes. But i need a new lid. I dropped and broke the original. HELP! (Posted on 5/23/2016)
Soft ice cream maker motor gears. Review by Randy
I have purchased and retuned 3 of the Elite 6 qt ice cream freezers and am sitting on the 4 th unit to break down on me in the past 6 years. The first unit barely lasted 5 batches due to a stripped motor gear before I returned it to Bass Pro Shops Each of the next 2 units barly completed 1 and 3 batches each having stripped gears and returning them. My father has successfully used the same unit for aprox 8 years without trouble. Sence my fathers only unit has done so well I thought 4 times was a charm but I am sitting on the 4 th unit that couldn't complete it's first batch befor stippling a gear. I now have a non working barly used $100 6 qt ice cream maker that I cannot return due to Bass Pro Shops Is no longer carrying the product. ??? (Posted on 4/2/2016)
