INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup cashews, soaked overnight, rinsed,and drained

1/4 Cup unsweetened coconut flakes, soaked for around 15 minutes, drained

1 tablespoon sweet white miso

2 teaspoons ground cumin

3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

2 teaspoons ground cumin

1 1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 Cup fresh lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon agave nectar

Pinch of salt

 DIRECTIONS:

  • Add all ingredients to bowl and pulse until the mixture is smooth. (Be sure to stop and scrape the sides of the bowl)
  • Empty mixture into a loaf pan lined with cheesecloth.
  • Place in refrigerator and let rest for 24 hours.
  • Removed from pan and cheesecloth and enjoy
