4 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
Salt and ground black pepper
½ cup dry white wine
4 cups water
1 package (1 pound) angel hair pasta, broken in half
1 pound frozen cooked, peeled and deveined medium shrimp
- Place butter into the pot. Set to STOVETOP HIGH and heat until butter is melted. Stir in garlic, red pepper, half the parsley, salt, and black pepper into the pot. Cook uncovered 5 minutes or until garlic is lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
- Add wine, water, and pasta to pot. Stir to submerge pasta in liquid. Set OVEN to 300˚F. for 15 minutes, checking after 10 minutes. Cover and cook.
- Add shrimp into pot. Set time for another 10 minutes, cover, and cook until pasta is tender and shrimp are heated through. Sprinkle with remaining parsley.
