1 cup frozen mango chunks (or substitute half the measurement with fresh mango)
¼ peeled lime
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1 medium carrot, chopped
1 ½ inch piece ginger, peeled
2 tbsp coconut butter
Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and mix until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust to your preference.
