INGREDIENTS:

2 ½ cup half-and-half

5 ¼ cup heavy cream

2 ½ cup sugar

1 ½ cup gingerbread cookies; crushed

 DIRECTIONS:

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, except for the gingerbread cookies.
  • Transfer ingredients carefully into the canister.
  • Follow the operational instructions of the ice cream maker. Add gingerbread cookies to mixture after 30-45 minutes to prevent ingredients from settling to the bottom or jamming the spatula.
