Return Policy*
You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.
Please follow these 2 easy steps to process your return:
1) Complete the return form that you received with your purchase.
2) Ship your item back to us in its original packaging along with the return form completely filled out. (Please use a carrier that offers insurance such as UPS or Fedex). We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages so please make sure to securely package your item.
Please allow up to two weeks after delivering your package to the designated carrier to receive notification of your return. Please understand that this includes the transit time from you back to our warehouse (5 to 10 business days) and the time it takes for us to process the return (3 to 5 business days). We will send an email notifying you of your refund once your return has been processed. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Free Shipping on Exchanges!*
To exchange an item within 30 days, please place a new order for the item you want to exchange it for through our site and complete your payment for it. Please follow the above return instructions and note “Exchange” on the return form. Once we receive the returned item (must be in new, unused condition), we will issue a refund including the original shipping costs.**

Shipping Restrictions
• We are unable to ship to international addresses.There is an extra space before the bullet point that is throwing off the alignment.
• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. Protectorates, Puerto Rico, Guam or the
Virgin
Islands.
• Heavy or oversized products cannot be shipped to Hawaii or Alaska. This will be indicated on the
product
description page.
• In some instances when the order total exceeds $400, a signature will be required upon delivery.

Sales Tax
Orders shipped to a California address are subject by law to California’s sales tax. All orders shipped outside of California are exempt from any sales tax.
Product Availability
Although we strive to maintain accurate on hand inventories we cannot guarantee the availability of an item. Maxi-Matic reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to discontinue, revise, cease to make available, and or cancel orders on these products.
Promotions and Discounts
You can redeem your promotion code during the checkout process. Your promotional discount will be deducted from your order and you can review before submitting your order. Please note promotions and special offers cannot be combined.
