Q. What does Factory Re-conditioned mean?
a. Our factory reconditioned machines are units that have been returned to us and inspected by our technicians. 70% of returned units are absolutely fully functional and returned due to buyer's remorse. All units are tested and restored to proper working order with replacements of brand new parts wherever necessary. Some of these units are new and only tested by us while some may have been used and/or have minor dents/scratches. In order to offer the lowest price to our customers, reconditioned items are sold with no refund and a 60 day warranty. After the warranty period is up, our customer service representativeswill still be available to troubleshoot over the phone and suggest parts replacement.

Q. What if my Factory Re-conditioned Item is defective?
a. If defective, your appliance may be returned for an exchange within 15 days of receipt of your order.
To exchange your purchase, please contact our customer service department for an RA#. Once you have an RA# please pack your item carefully and ship it to Maxi-Matic USA, 18401 E. Arenth Ave. City of Industry CA 91748. We are notresponsible for shipping charges to and from our warehouse.
We recommend using a carrier that offers tracking and insurance such as UPS or Fedex.

Q. I’ve noticed some of your item descriptions say that the item is “Re-Stocked,” what does that mean?
a. Machines that are re-stocked are typically units that were labeled 'damaged in transit' by UPS. In fact, 98% of these units are not damaged but merely had damaged packaging. All units are in "like new" condition and have all been tested to work properly. Some of these units are new and only tested by us while some may have been used only a few times. In order to offer the lowest price to our customers, re-stocked items are sold with no refund and a 90 day warranty. After the warranty period is up, our customer service representativeswill still be available to troubleshoot over the phone and suggest parts replacement.

Q. What if I purchase a Re-stocked item and it is defective?
a. If defective, your appliance may be returned for an exchange within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Q. Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
a. If you live in the State of California, then yes you must pay sales tax.

Q. Once I’ve placed my order how long will it take for me to receive it?
a. Orders typically ship within 1 business day so depending on where you live in the U.S. it may take 3-10 business days total to reach you. (Alaska and Hawaii may take longer).

Q. How do I cancel an order?
a. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been placed, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation but we will try to accommodate your request. (Please note that there is a $0.30 transaction fee that is non-refundable. This applies to all order cancellations that are not a result of an error on our part.)
